We are pleased to confirm that Tommy Damima started her internship at PT. Karongbocor  Diving Center on the above mentioned date and ended it on the 25^th of June 2010.

During her 3 weeks internship, Tommy Damima worked in three different departments in our Resort and was responsible for the following main tasks:

·       Working at the Front Office as a receptionist being responsible for Check In/Out procedures, maintaining cashbook and performing other front office duties

·         Performing Back Office duties such as booking of rooms for customers, issuing invoices and being first contact for all customer requests

·         Supporting the kitchen staff by selecting the food from the supermarket or the various local markets and helping prepare Indonesian specialities as well as serving the clients during lunch and dinner time

·         Learning more about the indonesian culture and their language through different day trips and contact to local staff

We are pleased to confirm with this reference that Tommy Damima is a highly motivated, hard-working, proactive and service-driven responsible person, who met our requirements and expectations at all times, both in terms of quality and quantity. He was always punctual and maintained a professional relationship with guests and staff members.
